She was born here, grew up here, and raised her own family here. She knows the parks, the farmers’ markets, the schools, the hidden corners, and the joyful quirks of Portland’s bustling neighborhoods.

Stacey is a natural problem solver. If you hear her say “no problem” know that she means it. Her curiosity and determination have earned her the team nickname, The Fixer. She’s always looking for the pathway to the ideal solution.
As a Portland native and Portland State graduate, Stacey is right where she wants to be—surrounded by longtime friends, family, and colleagues. Stacey understands the importance of buying the right home and making the right investment. Working with buyers to discover what they're looking for energizes her. Stacey is dedicated to finding the home that fits each client’s specific needs, and she finds it highly rewarding to be part of their journey.
Stacey entered the industry working with a materials supplier for large builders, then transitioned into residential property management before making the leap into selling real estate in 2014. She brings all of that knowledge and experience to what she does today. She enjoys being part of a real estate team because it creates ongoing opportunities for collaboration. There’s always a new idea or strategy to share and hear.
An avid traveler and outdoor lover, Stacey has been enjoying a new side of life lately with the arrival of baby Leo. She and her husband are already looking forward to bringing Leo along for future adventures, hikes, and road trips.

As an active listener, problem solver, and expert negotiator, she has a commitment to safeguarding our clients interests. She embraced her role as a mother, which has made her exceptionally protective of everyone she serves. Her approach has care and advocacy.
Outside of the real estate world you can find Kiersten chasing the sunshine, waterfalls & rainbows, swimming holes, bike & hike trails, and appreciating all the beauty that the PNW has to offer! She loves to cook, because she also loves to eat & feed people, travel is oxygen, and her family (also the chosen ones) + dog is LIFE. at its heart.
Deborah Holmes
Principal Broker | Team Coordinator
The puzzle of matching people with the right home has captivated Deborah throughout her career and continues to do so. Today, working as a team coordinator, she gets to use her years of experience as an agent, managing principal broker, teacher, and mentor to support the team and contribute to their collaborative efforts to serve our clients.
Deborah is a true master of the technical side of transactions. She likes to work proactively with our clients, escrow officers, lenders, and all involved to ensure everyone always has what they need and understands what they are signing. Deborah is driven by a desire to do what is best for everyone she encounters.
Deborah moved to Oregon from California in 1978, and it’s been her home ever since. In 1990, inspired by her grandmother’s life and career as a Hollywood real estate agent, Deborah got her license and began her career in real estate.
Deborah spends her spare time on the 30-acre farm she owns with her husband of 40 years. She cares for her ponies and trains them for competitive carriage driving. When she’s not competing, she’s doing needle felting and creating glass art.
